Good thing he's so darn cute! (That's gotta help, right?!)

PS: If you find a way to get some of his energy, share the secret, will ya?

At least you don't need to consider going to the gym with all that excercise and lifting.

From the mother of three girls: What is that stuff in the pictures?

The bad news is that I married a man with the same attention span. It doesn't get any better. Only the items you pick up change.

My kids got better (MANY YEARS LATER) after I left a few things out in the yard and those things were stolen and I refused to pay for replacing them.

But this little face...just pick his stuff up. It's the least you could do for angel face boy.

I feel your pain. I have one of those human/gnat boys in my home. This is why God makes them cute.

I'm offended that you put such an icky crawly picture in your post without warning me. And yes, I'm referring to the bug-thing, not the kid.

OTIN I'm just afraid if I titled my post that way that one of you would call Children and Family Services.

SHE He's not so cute that he can't learn to pick up after himself!

HIT 40 I do not want to exercise!

MO Like I told Hit 40, I do not want to exercise!

CHERI Umm...er...never mind!

BETH Great news!

SHERRI Bite your tongue!

DAR It's only funny when it's happening in someone else's yard!

JANIE Thanks, he is kinda cute, but I do think he should learn to pick up his things.

KC I think you may be right.

CATE Bug...kid...bug...kid.... It's all the same. :)

LAUGHINGWOLF Another reason to live! ;)

I know EXACTLY what you're talking about!

WOW! How could ONE kid possibly play with all that in one night? Unless of course he had friends.

Don't worry.. soon the attention span will promote from flea-like to goldfish-like

So you mean that when you finally stop tripping over Match Box cars and Thomas the train b/c they've grown out of them there'll be OTHER stuff to trip over??

I feel your pain.

The worst for me is the stupid Legos. In fact, I have uttered that phrase so many times that my two year old now thinks they're called "stupid Legos."

He's got that cutie pie thing going so I guess I'd be out there picking up the stuff too:)

(we're always picking up boas, gloves and tutus around here....it looks like a princess brothel!)

Come and write for us over at Mad Manic Mamas, my pet? As little or as often as you want - I love this post and all the others I've just slurped up!

I am sending you love and if I were older and whitehaired I could adopt you, as it is, you're the l'il sis I never had but always wanted...

And your mom, honey? You can love your mom and do the caring thing, but no law says that you have to like her... Ever...

I am right this moment holding the 14 year old light-blue Bloggus Nuttus, (not quite grown into her darker, more mature yeared girl plumage yet) and I am hugging her and rubbing her back - I hope you feel that comfort, love and warmth, darling Bloggus...

I am so sorry I wasn't a big sis to you back then...
